ASU members have campaigned for and won a 3.5% pay rise!

From 1 July 2025, pay rates under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services (SCHADS) Award, other Awards and the minimum wage will increase by 3.5%.

This increase is the result of thousands of union members taking action. You stood up. You spoke out. And you’ve helped deliver a real pay rise in the face of big business pressure to keep wages low.
