Community and disability workers deserve a pay rise

As the union for community and disability service workers, the Australian Services Union (ASU), is calling for you to have a pay rise in 2025.

You deserve a pay rise

Take the survey.

You deserve fair pay that values your expertise, experience, and the impact you make every day. Through our Skilled, Respected, Equal campaign, we're pushing for a classification system that truly reflects your skills and the increasing demands of your work.

Now we’re gearing up with members for the Annual Wage Review, pushing to secure a fair pay increase you deserve.

With the cost of living continuing to rise, it's becoming even harder to make ends meet. That’s why we need your voice.

Take our wages and cost of living survey today and tell us how financial pressure is impacting you.

ASU members have won real pay increases before—and we’re fighting to do it again. Last year we pushed back against big business to secure a 3.75% wage increase for workers on the SCHADS Award . But our work isn’t done.

We need to lock in fair pay that truly reflects the complexity and responsibility of our work. Together, we can make sure our sector is skilled, respected, and equal.

Take the survey now.

Being part of sector campaigns is how I know I'm helping leave the community sector better for future generations.
