Industrial Action at Sydney Trains and NSW Trains

Over the past few months, members of the Australian Services Union working at Sydney Trains and NSW Trains - alongside the Combined Rail Unions (CRU) - have been forced to start escalating industrial action as a result of the continued lack of movement on our key claims at the bargaining table.

We remain committed to working constructively to achieve a fair pay rise and conditions for everyone at Trains. In the midst of a cost-of-living crisis, we are prepared to negotiate, but we will not give up hard won conditions, or settle for an unfair pay rise.

The CRU has negotiated an in-principle agreement with Trains but the improved pay and conditions don't start until it is voted up. This is YOUR EA. YOU should decide if you want your new EA put to a vote of members. We want to hear from you.

Please complete this urgent survey to tell us if you want the in- principle agreement put to a vote.

Complete the survey.

Thank you again for your discipline, patience, courage  and support through this campaign.

Make sure you hear the full detail of the in-principle agreement and can have your say.
