Introducing Our New Deputy Secretary: Jan Primrose

Last week, our Executive endorsed Assistant Secretary an Primrose as our new Deputy Secretary.

Before working for union members, Jan worked in disability and mental health as a trained Social Worker at Bankstown Hospital and Liverpool Community Health Centre.

Jan  and also holds qualifications in Workplace Health and Safety, Industrial Law and Corporate Governance.

Jan as championed the rights of working people for over 35 years in the union movement.

She joined the Australian Services Union eight years ago, where she has lead the union's Professional safety and Standards Units and managed the Australian College of Community and Disability Practitioners.

We are so excited to welcome Jan to her new role as Deputy Secretary.
