As a member of the Australian Services Union (ASU), you can access free professional development opportunities to help you take the next step in your career - at no extra cost. 

Through ASU Launchpad  and ASU College, you'll find online courses, career development programs and sector-specific training designed to help members grow professionally.

We also encourage disability support workers (including sole traders) to explore training and networking events through DSW Connect, a supportive program run by ASU.
